Special Firmware Download Instructions:
- Navigate to http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/Redirect.x?mdfid=278875240
- Select IP Telephony, then IP Phones
- Navigate to the appropriate IP Phone Model Folder as determined by the device model.
- 4. After downloading the firmware, please refer to the firmware upload instructions found in the Unified CM Administration guide.
Compatibility of Cisco IP Phones & Clients
Phone models that are End of Software Maintenance will continue to be supported on the latest Unified Communications Manager releases. However, they will not take advantage of any new Unified Communications Manager or firmware features associated with that release.
