Cisco Spaces Location Cloud service offers following support:
Case Support
- Clients can open case support tickets by writing to dna-spaces-sjc-support@cisco.com
- Clients can also use Cisco Spaces to create new case or request additional support. To access Cisco Spaces -
- Login to Cisco Spaces dashboard
- Find the support icon in top right corner of dashboard as shown in image:
- Select support
- Now there are 3 ways to request support: Phone, email and create case. Based on client preference the support can be requested accordingly.
Community
- Clients can also open cases or support request on DevNet forum.
- Free to any logged-in DevNet member. Simply log in and post your questions in the appropriate forum.
