Cisco Spaces Location Cloud service offers following support:

Case Support

  • Clients can open case support tickets by writing to dna-spaces-sjc-support@cisco.com
  • Clients can also use Cisco Spaces to create new case or request additional support. To access Cisco Spaces -
  1. Login to Cisco Spaces dashboard
  2. Find the support icon in top right corner of dashboard as shown in image: Support Icon
  3. Select support
  4. Now there are 3 ways to request support: Phone, email and create case. Based on client preference the support can be requested accordingly. Support Page
