Enhancements to CTI Manager Redundancy to allow Fallback *

Release 10.5 added support for Single Sign On (SSO). Adoption of SSO is optional and may vary by JTAPI application vendor. UserID/Password credential pair continues to work as in prior releases making this enhancement backward compatible.

* - Enhancements to CTI Manager Redundancy to allow Fallback support is available from CUCM 14(su3) onward
