Cisco Context Service is a cloud-based omnichannel solution for Cisco Contact Center Express and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise.

Context Service provides the ability to store contextual data about customer interactions in the cloud and make that data available to other applications and services.

The Context Service SDK requires the Java Development Kit version 1.8.0_151 or higher.
