This section provides information on new and changed Information for the WebDialer API interfaces:

Note: versions not shown below did not receive changes.

Cisco Unified CM release 12.5

  • The SOAP interface API <getProfileSoap> was removed from deprecation.

Cisco Unified CM release 10.5

  • Support for Single Sign-On (SSO) introduced.  Changes affect the following SOAP implementation requests:

    • <makeCallSoap>
    • <endCallSoap>
    • <getProfileDetailSoap>
    • <getPrimaryLine>

  • Support for Client Matter Codes (CMC) and Forced Authorization Codes (FAC) introduced, see FAC and CMC Support.

Cisco Unified CM release 10.0

  • There were no programmatic changes to the WSDL or API.

  • The SOAP Interface API <getProfileSoap> was deprecated. Use <getProfileDetailSoap> instead.

  • The following elements of the urn:UserProfile type were deprecated:

    • <supportEM>
    • <locale>
    • <dontAutoClose>
    • <dontShowCallConf>
