Business Critical Services(BCS) Operational Insights API

API Changelog

The BCS Operational Insights API was released with version v2 deprecating the original Business Critical Insights v1 APIs. This version is based on a new and unified CX experience, designed to provide better and more actionable insights compared to the previous summary data. Additional features are added at the initial launch and will be updated here as we make new versions.
