pyATS Release Highlights

  • Added external debugger support for pyats run job
    • Adding --pdb <debugger> will allow use of alternative debuggers
  • Added pyats summary command
    • Logs out summary of job run regardless of which tool user uses
    • Summary contains status, baseline comparisons (only available for XPRESSO and SSR), etc.
  • Added pyats develop all
    • Allows developers to clone and put all pyats packages into development mode

Genie Release Highlights

  • Added 95 new parsers for a total of 3241

  • Added 149 new APIs for a total of 1591

  • Added support for loading of APIs via entrypoint definition

pyATS Clean

  • Deprecate clean_image and clean_platform
  • Add clean_device_image, clean_os_image, clean_group_image and clean_platform_image

pyATS Health

  • Changed the result from Passed to Skipped in case nothing runs due to not meeting criteria
