For other reproducible API issues, you can open a support ticket through the Cisco Meraki Dashboard. To submit a case in dashboard:
- Log-in to Meraki dashboard.
- Navigate to "?" (top-right on green ribbon) > Support Center.
- Select a Product or Platform tile related to the issue you need help with.
