ITSM System Requirements

Smart Bonding offers REST API for consumption by the partner. The partner needs to fulfill the following pre-requisites for any API:

  • Have an API that can send and receive information via HTTP.
  • Be able to push information to Smart Bonding and pull information from Smart Bonding.
  • Be able to send messages in JSON format according to the Smart Bonding API Documentation.
  • Use the authentication outlined in the Cisco API documentation.
  • Be able to receive standard HTTP codes and process them for error handling.

Obtain Authorization Credentials

To provision credentials for using the Smart Bonding API, contact the Smart Bonding team by opening a case as described in Community & Support.
