Smart Bonding API

Smart Bonding offers a REST API to partners to send and retrieve ticket information to/from Cisco. The API offers methods to:

• create tickets with Cisco (Escalated and Shadow tickets)
• send ticket updates to Cisco
• send attachments to Cisco
• close shadow cases
• retrieve ticket updates from Cisco (updates, solutions, closure)
• retrieve routing information from Cisco

Messages are sent in JSON format via HTTPS.
