Log in to the Cisco GMM Cloud Application to configure and monitor your deployment.

Prerequisites

User prerequisites

  • A supported web browser installed on your computer.
  • An Internet connection.
  • A Cisco GMM Cloud Application account.
    • Contact your GMM admin to create your account.
  • The email address and password for your account.
    • If your organization uses single sign-on, enter your corporate account credentials.

Admin prerequisites

Log in

If you already have a Cisco GMM account:

  1. Enter the Cisco GMM Cloud Application address in a supported web browser.
  2. Enter the email address.
  3. Enter your password:
    1. If redirected to your company's login page, enter the password for your corporate account.
    2. If prompted for a GMM password, enter the password you created when activating your account.
      If using 2-factor authentication (2FA), enter an additional one-time password (OTP) generated by a 2FA app.

Enable 2-factor authentication

Enable 2-factor authentication (2FA) to create a one-time password (OTP) that must be entered in addition to your GMM password.

Note: 2FA is not used if you log in using your corporate credentials. Follow your organization's authentication steps instead.

  1. On your mobile device, download and install a 2-factor app.
  2. Log into the web-based Cisco GMM Cloud Application.
  3. In the top right corner, click the profile icon and select Manage 2-factor Auth.
  4. To enable 2-factor authentication, scan the QR Code using the 2-factor authentication (2FA) app on your mobile device.
  5. Enter your password for the GMM Cloud Application.
  6. In the OTP field, enter the code generated by the 2FA app.
  7. Click Enable.
  8. Go to > Sign out.
  9. To log back in, enter your password, and then enter a new code generated by your 2FA app.
