Supported browsers
The latest version of the Chrome browser is supported in this release.
Network requirements
To use EI, you will need the following minimum network requirements:
- Network devices, such as IR829, IR1101, IC3000, IE3400, and IR1800, must be able to contact the EI portal over port TCP/443.
- Network devices should also be able to connect to the appropriate northbound cloud/MQTT destinations.
- Network devices must be able to contact your desired data-source using the desired protocol. For example, Modbus over serial connection.
- Browser based access to the EI portal must be available.
EI Agent requirements
All EI Agents must be updated to the latest version to ensure full feature compatibility with the Cisco EI cloud software.
