Upgrading Cisco IoT OD
IoT Operations Dashboard (OD) routinely has service maintenance upgrades to deploy new features and enhancements or resolve defects. During this time, users are unable to log in to the system and are routed to an infographic page that explains login restrictions. The network devices will continue to function normally.
If you are already logged in to IoT OD before the maintenance action occurs, you will be redirected to the screen below.
Visit Cisco IoT Status to check the status of the maintenance window or Cisco TAC support to open a case.
