Only these supported interfaces provide monitoring data in the Operations Dashboard page and in the device details Monitoring tab (Inventory > device > Monitoring). Currently, dual active/active LTE or failover of management tunnel is not supported on IR800 and IR1800.

Network device interfaces support for onboarding
The following interfaces are supported when onboarding network devices to IoT OD using the default-configuration template. Only these supported interfaces provide monitoring data in the Dashboard page, and in the device details Monitoring tab (Inventory > device > Monitoring). Currently, dual active/active LTE is not supported on any platform below in our default template.

This release introduces the following three new Industrial Gateways:
- Cisco IG21 IoT Gateway
- Cisco IG21 R Rugged IoT Gateway
- Cisco IG31 R Rugged IoT Gateway
These gateways provide networking as well as:
- Cloud-hosted IoT-OD management of the gateway
- End-to-end security for the gateway, sensors, and the cloud
- Day0 provisioning of the gateways
- Easy access capability for features like DHCP, NAT, VPN, and IP forwarding
- Event and Alert notifications to the IoT OD such as software and cellular firmware updates, ethernet and WiFi events, and system events
